ALcode L - Pallet Labeller 500mm Stroke
We manufacture a wide and varied range of industrial print and apply pallet labelling machines based on our well-proven ALcode one-to-one print and apply machine and integrating market-leading Sato or Zebra thermal transfer print engines for easy data integration with your host control system and potentially matching to existing desktop print machines already onsite.
ALcode L is the name we denote to our single-axis linear stroke pallet labelling machines, for placement to the side of a pallet conveyor line, or commonly placed within the same cell as a pallet stretch wrapper (or rotary turntable), to provide a multiple face labelling solution with several pallet rotations.
All ALcode L machines include a user-friendly 7" colour touch screen providing intuitive machine status information and configurable setup settings, (but still with the flexibility of an internal control PLC for definable line signalling) and either a 300mm OD (450m) or enlarged 400mm (900m) unwind with matching capacity rewinders simplified path label reel system, for extended operation and easy changeovers.
Where required, we have the skills and design expertise to offer special machines, with previous solutions including slide extraction systems, telescopic application strokes and/or application solution to allow 'on-the fly' application (without stopping the pallet), dynamic variable machine height operation; e.g. for 'part pallets', and even the integration of an industrial stapler for pallet barcode labelling directly onto the wooden carrier pallets.
ALcode L in Detail
We essentially offer two levels of ALcode L pallet labelling machine, depending on the application stroke required, and positioning of the machine on your line; i.e. freestanding or within existing interlocked guarding. These can be generalised as follows:
ALcode L with H-frame support (short/medium stoke machines)
ALcode L with base & cabinet (medium/long-stroke machines)
