However, imposing clean room conditions on an entire process chain is only necessary in the rarest of cases and is often not the optimal solution. It is often sufficient to deliberately limit pure conditions to individual process steps, thus saving costs and valuable resources. How a mini environment works
Mini-environments offer the possibility of completely shielding a single process and thus excluding external environmental influences. In the first step, an individual enclosure is developed for the area to be protected or the process plant. In the second step, conditioned clean air flows through this via an optimized arrangement of specially developed fan-filter modules , either vertically or horizontally. In this way, we guarantee a clean environment up to an air purity level of ISO class 1 (according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1), specially tailored to the process and independent of the prevailing cleanliness conditions in your production hall.
