The mobile clean room box is a space-saving solution for the manufacture, assembly and testing of products with high cleanliness requirements. It offers the possibility to set up the required clean room workplace in any environment and thus prevent contamination from airborne particles in the environment.
Functionality of a mobile clean room box
A powerful fan filter module with a particle filter H14 (optionally U16) flows through the box horizontally with filtered air. Depending on the work processes, air purity class 5 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 can be achieved in the work area. However, higher cleanliness classes are also possible by arrangement.
The right solution for your process
The mobile clean room box enables flexible work organization in clean conditions. You can choose from three different sizes and can optionally be equipped to suit your requirements. For example, a lower table with rollers allows the box to be quickly relocated. Appropriate lighting units can also be easily integrated into the box.
