CUSTOMIZED CARTON PACKAGING
BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY
At KOCH you will find a wide range of end-of-line packaging technologies. These can be seamlessly integrated into fully automated packaging processes and can also be used as an addition to your existing system.
CARTONER
In the cartoner, prefabricated folding boxes are removed from the magazine, erected and handed over to the FS transport. The product is then filled and the folding boxes are closed, either with a tuck-in closure or with hot melt.
WRAP AROUND PACKER
In wrap-around packers, the products are placed on the flat blanks and then wrapped in cardboard.
TOP LOADER & SIDE LOADER
Case packing machines for loading cases from above or from the side. The sleeves are transferred directly to the cycle chain, pulled open, filled and then sealed with either hot glue or adhesive tape.
CARTON ERECTOR / CASE ERECTOR
Two flat blanks are formed at one station and then the tabs are glued, hooked or rolled up.
PALLETIZING / DEPALLETIZING
For the palletizing and depalletizing of your carton packaging, palletizing robots in combination with product-specific pick-up tools are used upstream and downstream of the packaging process.
