SOLUTIONS FOR DIRECTLY LINKING YOUR PRODUCTION & PACKAGING PROCESSES
Via a conveyor, products can be fed straight from your production to the blister machine and the packaging process can be seamlessly connected to your production. The products are then removed by a robot or handling system.
For example: The KRH-D Delta Robot
The KRH-D Delta Robot inserts sorted products into prefabricated blister packs – securely, with precision and a high pick performance. The robot can be operated individually or in a line with other KRH-Ds. The alternative for high-precision feeding and placing is a 6-axis robot. With a radius of 1,000 mm, it can be used flexibly for a wide range of packaging tasks and formats.
