Mecart modular panels are constructed using galvannealed steel shaped into a 4” thick hollow panel. This allow electrical outlets, lighting, air return and mechanical components to be placed within the wall cavity. Everything is done prior to the on-site modular cleanroom installation. Light switches and power outlets can be installed and prewired into panels during panel fabrication at Mecart’s plant.

This not only reduces on-site risks and electrical work, it also reduces installation time and it is cost effective. We also offer “utilities ready” panels for gas, compressed air, purified water, etc.
