ISO 7 CLEANROOM FOR HYDROLIZED COLLAGEN AND GELATIN PRODUCTION
This U-shaped ISO 7 cleanroom features two mirrored workspaces that connect via a shared air shower and wash station. The client manufactures and exports high quality hydrolyzed collagen and gelatin made from wild fish for the Food and Pharmaceutical industries. They chose Mecart for the project for many reasons, but cite the self-supporting, walkable ceilings as a big plus due to their layout and process needs. Mecart’s load-bearing cleanroom capabilities mean that there’s no need for the cleanroom to be attached to the main building structure, eliminating the need to reinforce existing roof construction. Our stand-alone cleanrooms also provide full flexibility for moving or adapting the cleanroom space for future projects.
