ISO 8573 P:W:O & MICROBIAL TESTING
Compressed air testing is performed for establishing a baseline, determining a Purity Class, SQF certification, meet equipment requirements, or commissioning / validation of process air systems using ISO 8573 Particles (P), Water (W), Oil (O), and/or Microbial test methods. QAM is a Trace Analytics LLC distributor and provides third party sampling at the owner’s facility and ships the test media to Trace Analytics for analysis and reporting.

ISO 8573 P:W:O TESTING
ISO 8573 Compressed Air Testing is performed in accordance with Trace Analytics’ sampling procedures by qualified QAM Ultra High Purity (UHP) test technicians experienced in particle and impurity analysis of UHP gas systems. Typical testing is performed for P:W:O (Oil is tested for total oil- aerosol and vapor) at a specified Purity Class to meet the customer’s objectives. Test plans are developed prior to performing on-site sampling. Typical testing schedules include single, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual.
ISO 8573-7 MICRO / MICROBIAL TESTING
ISO 8573-7 Micro / Microbial Testing is performed in accordance with Trace Analytics’ sampling procedures by qualified QAM UHP test technicians experienced in impurity analysis of UHP gas systems. Microbial sampling is an aseptic technique, which performed improperly will yield inaccurate or failed test results so our test technicians are well versed in contamination control sampling methods. Test plans are developed prior to performing on-site sampling.
