CORE VALUES

QAM believes in a culture based on integrity and consistency.

Integrity is performing, evaluating, and reporting tests and inspections to specifications and acceptance standards under any and all project conditions. Integrity also includes management and employees conducting business and providing services in accordance with our ethical standards.

Consistency is providing services in accordance with the QAM Quality System Program and utilizing technology that produces long term reliable results.

EMPLOYEES

QAM employees stand out among the rest. With an average tenure of 10 years, it is our employees’ experience and commitment to quality (as well as QAM’s core beliefs) which ensures customer projects are successfully completed.

VT Level 2 inspectors have the experience and industry knowledge to determine acceptance of materials, documentation, welding, installation, testing, and system cleaning; all while strictly adhering to project specifications, standards, and applicable piping codes.

Test technicians have the experience and technical knowledge to perform leak and analytical testing in accordance with project specifications. Their extensive experience also gives them the ability to troubleshoot various systems, should they not reach the desired specification.

SAFETY

QAM is committed to providing employees with environmental safety & health programs, training, procedures, resources, and management support. We work hard to promote a work environment that is conducive to quality, safety, and integrity. These 3 things are essential for the success of each employee, the company, and our customers.

QAM safety programs and in-house training courses implement real project exposure. These also equip employees with crucial knowledge for the identification, elimination, and/or control of hazards.

TECHNOLOGY

QAM has made the investment in technology and has implemented a fully Electronic Documentation System (EDS) which allows for reports and project data to be created via tablet or laptop and either shared, audited, or distributed in real time from any location.

PreVal analyzes field entered inspection data on an hourly basis against QAM inspection reports and verification records to ensure ISO drawing weld data has been inspected and accepted for every weld made on each ISO drawing. The system produces daily welding statistics for each fabrication location including defect summaries, rejection rates, inspection type and results. The system is designed to streamline ISO drawing validation by searching for single or multi-text strings to locate QAM inspection reports / verification records and provide links to validated documents such as welding operator qualifications, material test reports, material certificates of conformance, machine calibration certifications, welding gas certificates of analysis, etc. in seconds.
