MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE
This machine has been built and designed according to GMP standards, allowing the manufacture of double and single layer tablets. Its pre-compression and compression wheels are independently adjustable, allowing you to choose the position of each one according to need. Sampling and starting with progressive torque among other features.
In the upper part there are two hoppers located on each of the load forcing devices, which contain the product for each of the layers, together with the feeders, they are easy and quick to assemble, allowing cleaning; optimizing downtime.
In the compression area, the head has an automatic and centralized lubrication system. Each of the punches, both upper and lower, are provided with housing seals, fulfilling the function of preventing the lubricant from coming into contact with the product.
The control and operation part is provided with a touchscreen Panel PC system with a clear and intuitive interface, in compliance with the 21 CFR Part 11 standard.
