LAMINATION AND GRANULATION IN ITS PRODUCTS.

Designed to perform the lamination and/or granulation of powder products in a Research and Development field or small productions. This equipment has a tubular steel structure coated in hard chrome, a loading hopper, an extruder forcer that performs the function of extracting the air trapped inside the powder. A compacting zone with adjustable cylinders for laminating and finally a mill for granulating. The mill is rotary with interchangeable calibrated meshes according to the need of the granulometry size.

Due to the simplicity of its constructive design in front mounting, the rollers are easy and quick to change.

The PLC that accompanies the equipment controls the sequential start and stop algorithm of the three motors commanded by independent frequency variators. The parameters that control both the speeds of the motors and the pressing force of the rollers can be stored in files, with a maximum capacity of 99 recipes. The machine operates with single-phase current and is equipped with a hydraulic electric pump to regulate the pressing force from the control panel.

The limits of its processing capacity are between 0.5 to 20 kg/h. Built under GMP standards; It is a robust and simple machine to operate.
