Depending on the client’s requirements, punches allow for the manufacturing of round or shaped, smooth tablets or tablets with a dividing line, symbols, letters or logos. Upon the client’s wish, a part of the punch which presses the tablet or the whole punch can be chrome plated.
The dies produced by our company meet the standards of the manufactured punches, which allows for a perfect cooperation of these tools in the tablet press. Depending on the shape of a tablet manufactured with their use, we produce punches with round or shaped holes. Upon the client’s wish, the dies can have cone-shaped entries on both sides of the hole, which greatly improves deaeration in the process of powder pressing.
