SIM HT injector

The SIM high-temperature (HT) injector is designed for long-term operation at a maximum end temperature (up to 450°C ). This all- metal version of the SIM injector is therefore particularly suitable for H53 and SIMDIS methods (e.g. EN ISO 3924, ASTM D2887/D6352).

Features

• Maximum temperature: +450°C
• for Agilent gas chromatographs 6890 / 7890
• Metal sealing ring, no graphite or plastic seals on the injector
• Easy maintenance and easy liner replacement, as the gas lines are only on the lower part of the injector
• with PCM module for splitless operation (e.g. SIMDIS methods)
• Options for the version with the PCM module: air cooling or CO 2 cooling to quickly cool the injector down to the starting temperature
• also available with S/SL-EPC for split/splitless analysis (e.g. in combination with pyrolysis)
• tapered glass liner for splitless operation and smooth glass liner with silanized glass wool for split operation
