Cancer-sourced leukopaks are an enriched leukapheresis product consisting of a large number of single-donor MNCs. All fresh and frozen peripheral blood products are obtained from donors diagnosed with a solid tumor cancer using Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved consent forms and protocols. Additional documentation to meet institutional requirements is available upon request. Sodium heparin (Na-Hep), ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), or acid-citrate-dextrose solution A (ACDA) is added during collection as an anticoagulant.

Contact techsupport@stemcell.com if high-resolution HLA typing (Class I and Class II alleles and CMV status) is required or for donor specifications (BMI category, smoking status, ethnicity, etc.). Donors are screened for HIV-1, HIV-2, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C. Certain products are only available in select territories.
