The RWG series of high-configuration checkweighers from TDI Packsys are extremely durable and robust. Use them to dynamically weigh products to an accuracy of ±0.02 ounces. Systems are easy to operate, and feature heavy-duty construction for use in a wide range of environmental conditions.

The RWG series of checkweigher systems are an extremely durable and robust product line having the ability to dynamically weigh products to an accuracy of ±0.02 ounces. The RWG series is easy to operate, incorporating user friendly features such as auto-product learning functionality. Available in optional IP66 construction, the RWG can be used in a wide range of environmental conditions.

Fabricated from heavy gauge 304 stainless steel, the RWG is ideally suited for even the most demanding production conditions.  Advanced auto-balancing allows the RWG to perform at a consistently high level for years and years.  

Applications

Checkweighing systems can be used for virtually any product in any production process where ensuring accurate weight is necessary. 

Available in both a standard and high-speed configuration, RWG series checkweighers can weigh up to 330 products per minute, and can accommodate products weighing as much as 110 lbs (50kg).
