Hudson Valley Lyomac was established in 1979. At our beginnings, our primary customers were comprised of military (US Navy) and Healthcare companies. Through the years we have expanded to serve over 100 customers with a wide range of lyophilizer needs. Our customer base today includes government work, but has expanded to include pharma CROs / CMOs, biotechnology, probiotic, medical device and food processors.
Our Business Philosophy is simple and two-fold: First, We will outwork the competition in service to our customers, and Second, We will stay "Ahead of The Wave" of customer needs in our niche.
What is it like to work at Hudson Valley Lyomac?We place a strong emphasis on training, educating each team member to work in a truly vertically integrated factory. Whenever possible, each leader in our organization knows how to QC the parts we build with a mass-spectrometer as well as understand the basic construction aspects of our instruments. The benefits of cross-training have been critical to our success. The Location of our headquarters and 30,000 sq' factory is in the heart of Columbia County, NY, minutes from major Interstates and The Albany International Airport. Our customers enjoy spending at least a day taking in the scenic beauty of our surrounding countryside the world class shops and restaurants of Hudson, NY.
The meaning of our wave logo? Our wave logo, initially inspired by our roots in serving The United States Navy with shipboard equipment also represents our spirit of work ethic and technology.
