In addition to storage systems, GDN Tank also turns its attention to distribution systems.
The loop is made with pipes and fittings in stainless steel AISI 316 L ASTM 270 ASME BPE, mechanical polishing RA? 0.6 micron, automatic orbital welding, designed according to FDA cGMP.
The minimum slope of the pipes is 0.7% to ensure complete drainage of the entire system, the flow balancing orifices will be installed to ensure perfect water circulation and correct flow to the points of use. The sampling points after the pump and on the loop return allow the control of the water quality. The point of use is not formed only by the ZDL valve but also by all the pipes, all the accessories and tool kits starting from the drop that comes out from the ceiling.
At the end of the execution of the loop, it will be completely pickled and passivated.
