OUR PHARMACEUTICAL BLENDING PROCESS

In the pharmaceutical blending process, it is important to ensure you get a stable mixture and consistent mixture without altering the drug. The first step is determining batch size, selecting the mixer, and calibrating all necessary blending equipment. We then define the preliminary blending process and select the vessels for pre-mixes.Once we establish the blending parameters, we begin blending of the batch. Since quality is so important, we sample our blends at each step of the process. We finish with a final quality inspection. Our approach is the best in the business.
