With our onsite formulation laboratory and subject matter experts, we can partner with you to develop and deliver a formulation for your transdermal, thin film, or topical drug delivery system.

OUR PHARMACEUTICAL FORMULATION PROCESS

Our formulation process has been informed over years of experience and knowledge within the business. Below is a sample of our pharmaceutical formulation process at Tapemark™.

• Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) solubility testing
• Blending of formulation components using high/low shear homogenizer
• Coating of blend using casting knife on a release liner
• Lamination of coated film with backing
• Die cutting of laminate
• Pouching of the die cuts in pouch material
• Stability testing of the final product
