The manual bag emptying system is the ideal solution for emptying powdered or granular products in environments with complete absence of dust. It is made up of a grill with front support shelf mounted on a collection hopper supported by four feet and a hood with protective door. The system can be made with different types of high-grade finishing material in version with or without filter and can be managed from a control panel with pneumatic or PLC operating system according to the application specifications.
The system is designed in such a way as to minimize internal stagnation of the product and can be customized with different solutions to satisfy the wide variety and variety of applications.
Door opening system: the system can be customized with a glass door that can be opened with the application of two gloves. which allows the product to be handled internally without the environment or the operator being exposed to the product.
Depending on the type of application, a valve or a lump breaker can also be installed on the discharge point of the hopper, both connected to a product recovery shoe connected to a powder transport system.
Ventilation system: the upper chamber can be connected to a general extraction system, or it can be used without ventilation only through the installed filters.
Filtration system: the work chamber is equipped with a special filtration system based on the degree of containment to be obtained (polyester filters or with HEPA filters).
Drum lifting and overturning system: according to the types of application, the system can be set up for emptying drums thanks to an automatic drum tilting mechanism complete with inflatable gasket, guaranteeing an OEB4 level of containment;
Continuous liner system: can be installed on one side of the upper chamber and used for the safe removal of waste or for the introduction of instruments into the chamber. Inside there is a hinged door or a plug to ensure that this connection is closed when the system is not in use.
