The mode of transport of powders in FILTERVAC execution is used when there is the need to load machines such as mixers, reactors, bicones, where there is no possibility to install the Conveyor directly on the machine.
The operating principle is based on the vacuuming of the machine to be loaded, using the latter for the suction of the product. The vacuum generated by the operation of the pump installed on the FILTERVAC allows the reaching, inside the machine that is going to be loaded, to reach a depression that allows the continuous suction of the product from a drum, Bin or other machine.
During the loading phase the FILTERVAC carries out counter-current cleaning of the filters while only at the end of the suction process the phase called "purge" takes place, i.e. the recovery of the dust which can take place either manually through a dust recovery container installed at the discharge of the FILTERVAC or automatically by means of the product recovery shoe which is always installed at the FILTERVAC drain.
The FILTERVAC is made in full compliance with the regulations in force in accordance with the "cGMP guidelines" standards, with the UNI EN ISO standards and with all safety regulations and always in line with the design and construction philosophy of AGIERRE.
