VTS - Conveyor running Hoppervac
The powder transport system in HOPPERVAC execution is used when there is the need to transport product in a container, using the same as an accumulation buffer to feed another machinery. In this case, the HOPPERVAC is used not only as a powder transport but also as a container where the sucked dust accumulates.
The operating principle follows that of the standard Conveyor and is based on the aspiration of the product by activating the vacuum pump installed on the same machine. At the end of the suction phase, the product is discharged via the discharge valve (butterfly valve or rotary valve).
The HOPPERVAC, as well as the other AGIERRE powder transport systems, can also be made with an internal washing system CIP (Cleaning in Place) which allows, after having carried out the product unloading phase, a complete washing of both filter that of the entire HOPPERVAC.
The product loading and unloading phases, as well as the washing one, are managed automatically through a control panel connected to the machine.
The whole system is made of AISI 316L stainless steel and the design has been developed to avoid the absence of product or liquid accumulation points used for washing. In line with AGIERRE's design philosophy, this powder transport system can also be customized according to the customer's requests, always in full compliance with current regulations in accordance with the "cGMP guidelines" standards, UNI EN ISO regulations and those relating to safety.
