Testing for biological activity

One major goal for formulation development is to maintain the biological activity of the therapeutic molecule inside its formulation throughout its shelf-life.

Coriolis offers a range of different functional assays that we perform in-house. These include surface plasmon resonance (SPR), enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), cell-based assays and many more. For each project, we perform a dedicated method development or transfer existing customer-procedures to our equipment.
